At the stopcock at the PUB water sub-meter: HDB's home care guide says to shut it to cut the water supply if there is a leakage. If you cannot find it, or it will not turn, tell us when you call.
Not on the concealed Geberit cistern we repaired in Bedok. We reached the flush pump and its inlet and outlet valves through the flush plate opening, replaced them, refitted the plate and flush-tested the toilet for a clean flush, a correct refill and a proper water cut-off.
Yes. In a Bedok HDB flat we replaced the instant heater and its two-way tap and ran new stainless steel piping for a rain shower. On our guide prices an instant heater replacement alone starts from $250; the tap and the shower piping are extra.
