We have repaired PPR water pipes on two Kallang and Whampoa jobs, once together with a new storage heater, but toilet work is what we do most here: two new toilet bowl sets, a flush pump and inlet valves, one of them a valve the owner had bought.

Two toilet bowl sets replaced with the old bowls taken away, one fitted with a new pan collar where the bowl joins the soil pipe.
Toilet RepairA toilet flush pump and inlet valve changed, then tested for a clean flush and a proper cut-off as the cistern refills.
Toilet RepairPPR water pipes: a hole sealed and the affected section reinstated, and on another job the PPR pipes changed to stainless steel along with a new 50-litre storage heater, with the false ceiling repaired and painted afterwards.

If a repair or installation we carried out fails within 30 days, we come back and fix it free of charge. Parts and appliances we supply also carry their manufacturer's warranty.
For choke clearing, the warranty covers the same blockage coming back because of something we missed. A new choke from fresh grease, wipes or debris is a new job.

It can go either way. On one Kallang and Whampoa job we sealed the hole in a leaking PPR pipe, reinstated the affected section, pressure-tested the repair and made good the work area. On another, along with a new storage heater, we changed PPR pipe runs to stainless steel, then repaired and painted the false ceiling.
Not on a conserved building. Balestier is one of URA's conservation areas, and URA's guidelines for them say that rainwater downpipes and gas pipes mounted on the surface of the rear wall are to be kept to a minimum, and that all other utility or conduit pipes may not be mounted on the surface of external walls. A water pipe is one of those other pipes, so on a conserved Balestier shophouse it cannot run along the outside wall.
