A toilet that won't stop refilling usually has a worn flush valve or a faulty inlet (fill) valve that isn't sealing. Both are common, repairable faults that also waste a lot of water until fixed.
Yes. We service both close-coupled and concealed in-wall cisterns, accessing the mechanism through the flush plate to repair or replace the inlet and flush valves.
Most issues — running, weak flush, leaking seals — are repairs, not replacements. We only recommend a new unit when the bowl or cistern is cracked, or when spare parts are no longer available.
