Floor trap chokes, in toilets and kitchens alike. Now and then the blockage is past the trap, inside a concealed pipe.
Drain Choke ClearingWater around the toilet bowl: on one job we lifted the bowl to check where it joins the outlet, refitted it and sealed around the base with silicone. Inlet valves, ball valves and rubber seals are the other toilet fixes we have done here.
Toilet RepairLeaks from a concealed pipe in the wall behind the toilet: we open the wall at the leak and replace that section, in stainless steel where the old pipe was copper.

During the 1-year Defects Liability Period, HDB's advice is to submit a rectification request online or at the Building Service Centre in your precinct. Once the DLP is over, HDB says you can engage a repair contractor to fix issues, and that is where we come in.
First we find where the water comes from: the seal where the bowl meets the drain, the inlet valve and hose behind it, or a pipe hidden in the wall. A seal or valve is a straightforward fix. A concealed pipe means opening the wall, so we show you what we found and confirm the price before we start.
Yes. Most floor trap chokes we see in Punggol clear with a hand cable. When the blockage is past the trap, we bring in the jetting machine.
