Kitchen and toilet floor trap chokes: one kitchen trap cleared with the water jet and another by cable rodding, both flow-tested afterwards, a toilet floor trap that came clear with nothing more than a plunger, and one more floor trap cleared by hand.
Drain Choke ClearingNew flush pumps on three toilet bowls: a cable flush pump, a single-flush pump, and a flush pump fitted together with a new inlet valve, each tested for a proper flush.
Toilet RepairA concealed 22mm steel water pipe above the ceiling: we took the ceiling down to reach it, replaced it with a new run and pressure-tested the line.

For choke clearing, the warranty covers the same blockage coming back because of something we missed. A new choke from fresh grease, wipes or debris is a new job.

Yes. On three Woodlands toilet bowls we have replaced the flush pump: a cable flush pump, fitted and adjusted; a single-flush pump; and a flushing pump fitted together with a new inlet valve. Each was tested for a proper flush, and the last one for a correct water cut-off as well. Replacing a toilet or WC flush system is from $130 on our guide prices.
Yes. On a Woodlands job we removed the ceiling to reach the concealed pipework, replaced the existing 22mm steel water pipe with a new run, made good every joint and pressure-tested the line for leaks. A concealed run like that is not on our guide price list, whose pipe row is for a leak on an exposed pipe (from $230).
