Guide prices
Honest starting prices for our most common jobs. The final price is confirmed after a quick on-site check, with no hidden surprises.

How we quote
An on-site survey starts from $30 and covers the trip out and the time taken to find what is actually wrong. From there we confirm the full cost of the repair before we start, so you hear the figure before we pick up a tool.
Access is the big one: a floor trap in an open bathroom is a different job from one boxed in behind a cabinet. Beyond that, how far down the line a blockage sits, whether the pipework is concealed in a wall or a false ceiling, which parts the fitting takes, and whether it is an after-hours attendance all move the final figure.
We supply hardware ourselves, including storage and instant water heaters, taps, sinks and toilet bowl sets, so you are not chasing a supplier between visits. Our plumbers also carry common parts with them, which is what often lets a job finish on the first visit. If you have already bought the fitting, we quote for labour only.
A water heater has a plumbing side and an electrical side. We handle the plumbing. The electrical work is carried out by a separate Licensed Electrical Worker and is quoted separately, so a heater job can carry two figures. We tell you both up front rather than letting the second one appear later.
Pricing FAQ
An on-site survey starts from $30 and covers the trip and the diagnosis. We confirm the full cost of the repair before we start, so you know what the job comes to before anyone picks up a tool.
Every home is different. Until we see the job we cannot know how the pipework runs, whether it is concealed behind tiles or a false ceiling, how far a blockage sits, or which parts the fitting takes. The guide price is the honest starting point. We confirm the actual figure on site, before we start.
We answer the phone around the clock, and an emergency or after-hours attendance can carry a higher rate than the same job booked in normal hours. We tell you what it will cost when you call or when we arrive, and you decide before any work starts. Nothing is added to the bill without your agreement.
Usually yes. We supply the hardware for most jobs, including water heaters, taps and sinks, and the quote states exactly what is covered. If you would rather buy the fitting yourself that is fine, and we quote you for labour only. Either way, you see the breakdown before we begin.
We accept PayNow, bank transfer and cash. Every invoice carries a PayNow QR code with the amount and reference already filled in, so you can scan it with your banking app and pay on the spot. If you are paying by transfer, quote the invoice number as your reference.
We stop and tell you. If we open up the work and find the problem is larger than what we quoted, for example a second choke further down the line or a pipe that has corroded beyond the section we came for, we re-quote and wait for your go-ahead. Nothing extra is charged without you agreeing to it first.
